As an Account Director for Social team you are the mastermind behind planning, implementing, and monitoring the client’s social media strategy. You will keep an eye to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase audience engagement. This role involves creating and curating relevant content, managing social media platforms, analyzing social media data, and staying updated with industry trends and social media best practices. What will be your responsibilities? Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for our clients Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Create high-quality and engaging content across social media platforms, including blog posts, photos, videos, and graphics Respond to customers' inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering online community engagement and feedback Work with clients to understand their brand voice and align social media strategies with their overall marketing objectives Analyze and report on the performance of clients' social media accounts to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for optimization Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platforms, and share insights and recommendations with clients on new features that could be incorporated into their social media strategies. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media management or community management. Proficiency in using analytical tools to measure and report on social media performance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
