Job Description

This business-critical role sits are part of the dynamic Sales and Marketing division and reports directly to the Director of Sales. The main function of this position is to manage and developing business from identified markets to achieve and exceed budget for this prestigious brand. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Establishing strong relationships and managing a portfolio of major accounts to maximise sales and loyalty.
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities for the Hotel and Accor at large.
  • Promoting all facilities of the Hotel and cross sell.
  • Identifying organisations that will benefit the Hotel’s sales activities and arranging appropriate familiarisations to create and develop awareness and ensure that return on investment is analysed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to hunt and secure new business
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A customer first approach to every transaction
  • Ability to manage multi stakeholders and deliver an exceptional experience every time.
