What sets us apart from other agencies is our integrated nature – covering both creative and media for Toyota and Lexus means our ideas and exaction of those ideas, are truly integrated. This role if to work specifically on the creative side of the business, but you’ll be part of an integrated team with our media colleagues. The Role We produce some original creative work, but the majority of our output is adapting centrally produced multi-media toolkits from our London-based team. Campaigns will be fully through-the-line with a heavy focus on TV, VOD, digital, and social media. You’ll have experience with these channels and platforms, but as we’re integrated well into the Toyota and Lexus business, an understanding of PR, CRM, organic social, media partnerships and events would be a bonus as we amplify creative across the full marketing mix. You will be supported by an account manager and account executive and a strategy lead / strategist (depending on the campaign being worked on) The role is part based at Toyota GB HQ in Epsom (Burgh Heath) – with 1 day minimum based with the clients in their headquarters. The remainder of the week remains flexible, between our London offices and home working. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the account, ensuring all ATL brand activity is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget. Oversee the adaptation of centrally produced multi-media toolkits for the UK market, ensuring quality control and brand consistency across all outputs. Manage the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, with a primary focus on TV, VOD, digital, and social media, while liaising with PR, CRM, and events teams to amplify creative across the full marketing mix. Champion our AI-powered tools on WPP's Open platform to enhance workflow, generate insights, and deliver superior client outcomes. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior clients and internal agency stakeholders, acting as a trusted and reliable partner. Direct and support a team, including an Account Manager and Account Executive, ensuring timings and budgets are managed effectively and the team is motivated. Act with autonomy, taking responsibility for keeping projects on strategy and proactively representing the agency in client meetings. Skills Required Proven experience in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns, particularly with a focus on TV, VOD, digital, and social media. Exceptional project and creative management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control with a meticulous eye for detail. Outstanding client management and communication skills, with the confidence to lead senior-level client and agency discussions independently. A proactive and autonomous working style, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. A strong strategic mind and a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape. A keen appetite for leveraging AI technologies and new platforms to drive efficiency and creative innovation. An integrated mindset with an appreciation for how different marketing disciplines (e.g., PR, CRM, Events) work together. Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
