We are looking for a highly dynamic, client-facing Account Director who will own and grow key health and life sciences accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is critical to driving strategic partnerships, managing complex client relationships, overseeing overall execution of contracted programs, and supporting revenue growth in a rapidly evolving business. It requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and is willing to roll up their sleeves—no task is too small. Compensation: Base compensation for this role will likely fall in the $136,000-$180,000 range. Please note: We provide a competitive mix of salary, performance bonus, and equity. The final offer amount will depend on factors like experience, expertise, and may differ from the range above. This range also excludes additional benefits, such as 401(k), and medical, dental, or vision insurance.
