Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Director (or an experienced Senior Account Manager, ready to step up to new responsibilities) with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency. Someone who is fundamentally passionate about client services and delivering a high standard of work and itching with curiosity about how client businesses (and agencies) grow.
You will be the go-to contact for all deliverables, working closely with two Project Managers to lead day-to-day client communication and meetings, taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations, organising internal kick-offs, and managing internal resource to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. You’ll also work closely with the Group Account Director on wider strategic initiatives for the client.
You need to have the right character, diligence and can-do approach to build strong relationships both internally and externally. With a high-level of organisational skills and a solution-orientated approach to delivery, you will need to be confident to independently lead multi-channel deliverables, with a particular focus on CRM and social media.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multi-channel Experience – you have experience working on a multi-channel client, with specific experience and an interest in CRM and working closely with data planning and data operations teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills - you’ll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - you’ll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen. You’ll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Highest level of organisational skills – you can prioritise multiple tasks from different stakeholders.
  • Project Scoping – a proven track record in scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isn’t included in the scope.
  • Commercial Acumen – proven experience in commercial management, ideally with a £1m+ client.
  • An Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
  • Aquick, self-motivated learner – you’re genuinely interested in getting under the skin of clients’ businesses, audiences and challenges and the different tools we as an agency can bring to bear on these.
