JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support day-to-day operations in Account Engagement (Pardot) including building forms, landing pages, emails, engagement studios, and automation programs
  • Monitor performance of digital efforts, make real-time adjustments, and build analytic reports
  • Provide recommendations and implement new strategies to increase campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversions
  • Deliver trainings and produce on-demand demonstration videos and other resources for internal adoption and success

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Experience in HTML and CSS
  • An associate or undergraduate degree in marketing or communications is preferred

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, the Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist will independently manage our marketing automation platform, build and analyze campaigns, and provide actionable insights. Key responsibilities include creating and editing landing pages, forms, and templates, managing segmentation lists, and developing automation rules for lead generation. The role also involves managing engagement programs, dynamic email content, and prospect scoring. Additionally, the specialist will support digital lead management with business development, create Salesforce/Pardot dashboards and reports, and ensure integration with our CRM system.
