WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive (AE) who loves engaging with people, turning qualified leads into enthusiastic, long-term customers. You’ll lead demos, manage your sales pipeline, and serve as the trusted advisor clients rely on. Your energy, relationship-building skills, and strategic approach to sales will be essential as we expand our customer base.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Sales experience strongly preferred, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing and/or sales an asset
  • Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Take qualified leads from our BDR team, conduct demos and discovery calls, and skillfully close deals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner for our customers.
  • Guide New Customers: Clearly outline actionable next steps, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful customer experiences.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with our platform.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, tracking interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
