About this team: The Account Executive plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts across JAPAC, being responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our publisher’s expectations in delivering on value propositions: growth, transparency, efficiency. Preferred: Japanese Language specialist (Native speaker or N1 certified) In this role you will: Utilize Salesforce for daily customer support and efficiently manage tasks and priorities Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including troubleshooting, best practices, yield optimization and performance review Communicate proactively with publisher clients to deliver updates: performance insights, market trends, product updates or any solution that can help drive revenue. Partner Magnite team members in the US, EMEA and APAC with tactical support to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPI’s, expanding client business by identifying issues and opportunities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Maintain in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new functionalities, and understanding potential opportunities presented by new technical developments Focus on growing revenue from each clients by optimising existing supply and upselling to newer integrations We’re looking for someone with: 1-2 years experience in Ad Operations (preferably Programmatic Operations) Good knowledge of RTB, PMP, Header Bidding Decent understanding of SSP/DSP/DMP operations MS Office knowledge: Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM systems (Salesforce, Jira) The ability to function both independently and as part of a team Analytical skills Fluent in English Japanese language preferred (Native speaker or N1 certified) Comprehensive Perks and Benefits: Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage for You and Your Family from Day One Generous Time Off Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave Mobile Phone Subsidy Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement Company Culture: We believe collaboration is essential to success.
