Our client, a dynamic and innovative Advertising Agency based in Nicosia, is currently hiring an experienced Account Executive, who will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop effective advertising strategies. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising concepts and campaigns. Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients. Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions and maintaining client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in client service within an advertising agency or a similar role. Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service. Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including traditional and digital advertising channels. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Proficient in using industry-standard software, including project management and communication tools. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Competitive salary Hybrid 37 per week employment/ Friday afternoons off Year -end performance related bonus
