Description Account Executive – Advertising Sales Live to the MAXX—and help make it happen! We are seeking a motivated Advertising Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling multi-platform advertising solutions—including cable, OTT, digital, billboard, and social media—to local businesses. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, managing ongoing business relationships, and achieving monthly sales and productivity targets. This position covers the Starkville, Tupelo and Columbus sales region. What You’ll Do: Grow MaxxSouth Broadband advertising revenue through multi-platform commercial advertising sales. Present advertising solutions and explain how they help clients effectively promote their products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses through phone outreach, written communication, and in-person visits. Process all account-related correspondence and paperwork. Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts. Create idea-focused marketing presentations and cost estimates for potential clients. Complete reporting requirements, including CRM updates, projections, and forecasting. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent — required. Minimum of 2 years of previous outside sales experience — required. Intermediate computer skills and internet proficiency — required Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce — preferred
