Description Allied National is excited to announce we are seeking an energetic and experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team! We are looking for a team player who is eager to work hand in hand with other Account Executives as well as Sales Representatives. This individual will be an essential member of the Allied National sales organization, responsible for supporting agent relationships, processing RFPs, and ensuring accurate, timely submission of all required information for underwriting. Responsibilities Include: Support agents by answering questions, providing information, and assisting with basic quoting needs Maintain regular communication with agents to ensure they understand Allied products, underwriting guidelines, and timelines Enter census information and case data into internal systems with high accuracy Ensure all RFPs are processed in a timely manner to meet underwriting turnaround requirements Field calls from the sales support line and assist agents with routine questions or issues Support recruitment efforts by engaging with new agents and introducing them to Allied onboarding processes Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred 2 years minimum field and/or telephone insurance sales experience Must hold a current Life and Health/Accident Agent's license. If not currently licensed, must gain licensure within the first 3 months of employment Excellent interpersonal skills required. Ability to listen and question to determine level of understanding and/or define problems. Ability to express self clearly in a courteous, confident, and consistent manner May include some travel to appointments outside of the company via airlines or automobiles. Must have a valid driver's license, personal transportation, and personal auto insurance.
