We currently have a vacancy for the position of Account Executive in our Chatham office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• RIBO License is required to perform these duties
• OTL Insurance License (with the ability to upgrade to RIBO)
• Completion of any insurance courses (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years insurance industry experience
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Experience with SIG XP, CompuQuote and Company portals is an asset
• French or Arabic speaking ability an asset as well but not required

• Secure relationships with clients and COI’s, sell insurance products, build your own book of business to service and maintain from our Chatham office location
• Prepare applications
• Renewal reviews
• Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations
• Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies
• Assist clients with claims process
• Maintain client relationships
