We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Account Executive – Account Management, Health Solutions to join our team in Hanoi. Responsibilities: Policy and Documentation Administration Support information and documentation systems related to the department’s operations. Prepare internal documents, correspondence, and paperwork in line with company guidelines. Enter policy and related documentation data into the company’s systems in accordance with internal procedures and regulations. Premium Management and Reconciliation Review and reconcile premium payment documents provided by insurance companies. Remind clients of premium due dates and follow up on insurance premium payments. Manage the list of insured members and reconcile insurance premium settlements between clients and insurers. General Support Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (insurers, clients) to support smooth policy administration and service delivery. Prepare regular reports as required by the line manager. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager. Skills and experience that will lead to success. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Accounting or related fields. Good MS Office Basic English (A2–B1). Careful and accurate; comfortable working with data and documents.
