JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Executive will report directly to the Head of International Sales and will be responsible for leading new customer acquisition via direct sales and partners for the APAC region. This role will focus executing new logo wins as an individual contributor in accordance with TRG Screen’s go to market strategy and sales methodology.
With a strong background in financial services new logo sales and partner management, the successful candidate will be adept at positioning TRG Screen as a strategic partner to clients by offering market leading solutions that align with their evolving business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or similar is preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in new logo SaaS sales, preferably within the financial services sector, past partner management a plus
  • Proven experience in complex solution selling across all aspects of the sales cycle (prospect to close)..
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, with a clear understanding of APAC financial services
  • Excellent commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of tailoring complex solutions to meet specific client needs
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and pipeline
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gong is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required

Responsibilities
  • Focus on the APAC financial services market to identify and secure new logo wins for TRG Screen both via direct sales and partnerships
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, pre sales, managed services and other cross functional teams to create and execute win plans aimed at maximizing revenue growth and long term client retention
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of TRG Screen products and services
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor TRG Screen’s solutions to address specific client needs and support their strategic goals.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to clients, highlighting the value and ROI
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business challenges and offer consultative advice on how TRG Screen solutions can help optimize their workflows and reduce costs
  • Travel as required within APAC to meet clients for business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions, up to 50% monthly
