Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing—with a focus on generating your own pipeline;
  • Hunt for new business across the Europe mid-market Enterprise, opening doors with decision-makers in IT, HR, Finance, and Operations;
  • Use value-based selling to build strong ROI cases that make it easy for customers to say “yes.”;
  • Position Firstbase as a strategic partner—helping customers solve the real pain points of managing remote and hybrid teams;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term growth;
  • Leverage our integrations with tools like Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta to create tailored solutions for your customers.
