Job Title: Account Executive – AR Automation (Digital Sales) Location: North America, (Remote with occasional travel) Department: Digital Sales – AR Automation Reports To: VP of AR Sales Job Description About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our AR Automation digital sales team. In this role, you'll work with upper mid-market and enterprise level prospects, helping them modernize their receivables process through our industry-leading AR automation platform. This is a high-impact role in a high-growth product area, ideal for a strong closer who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. What You'll Do: Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, focusing primarily on qualified inbound opportunities Identify customer needs and align our AR automation solutions to deliver measurable business value Own and maintain a rolling pipeline sufficient to meet/exceed your annual quota of $1M ARR Work cross-functionally with marketing, solutions consulting, and onboarding teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to manage follow-ups, forecasting, and documentation Educate customers on industry trends, ROI benefits, and digital transformation in receivables management Collaborate with your manager and peers to refine messaging, increase conversion, and improve win rates Qualifications 2+ years of SaaS sales experience or equivalent, ideally in financial software, automation, or B2B solutions Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas Strong listening and discovery skills with a consultative selling approach Comfortable managing multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow within a supportive sales culture Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools is a plus Additional Information The compensation for this role is performance-based, tied to achieving key KPIs and targets.
