Account Executives earn $75,000+ per year, with top earners over $120,000
If you are an enthusiastic team player that possesses effective organization skills, great customer service, and a consultative methodology to sales development, this position is for you! This is a great position experienced individuals with opportunity for growth in salary, position, and career development as an Account Executive.
You must be able to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone, and via e-mail. You must be comfortable with customer outreach including but not limited to cold calling and be ready to travel to trade shows and industry conferences. Having experience working with contact management/sales software, specifically the full Google Suite apps and NetSuite/Oracle software is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY:

As an Account Executive in our Sales department, you’ll play a key role in building client relationships, growing our “Book of Sales,” and ensuring excellence throughout the sales and production process. You’ll collaborate with clients, the Sales Manager, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and uphold quality. With a focus on nurturing partnerships, pursuing new leads, and leveraging sales analytics, this dynamic role is perfect for someone passionate about collaboration, strategy, and making a tangible impact on organizational success.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is finance or related field is strongly preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and NetSuite/Oracle
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated to improve upon yourself and the organization
  • Be open minded and willing to share ideas with others and your supervisor
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely as well as attentive listening skills
  • Ability to work on site
  • Comfortable sitting in an office environment

Responsibilities
  • Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Ashworth Awards products and/or services.
  • Responsible for drafting all documents required for the sales process and following protocols set for the sales department.
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to determine a projects scope, budget, and timeline
  • Build strong relationships and create a diverse customer population
  • Analyze data and trends in ways to assist in sales
  • Responsible for the planning of trade show booths and artwork for e-blasts: Pulling of all samples/supplies & travel & interaction at trade shows
  • Encouraged and expected to interact with customers and leads utilizing: Phone, Email, Social media pages, etc.
  • Find and interact with new potential clients through networking
  • Managing and taking part in the sales cycle
  • To conduct all sales activity with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
