Job Details Job Location: Sequel International, Inc. - Shelton, CT 06484 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Job Shift: Day Job Category: Sales The Account Executive Assistant provides support to the Senior Director to achieve and surpass the sales and profit objectives of the sales team. This role assists with daily sales operations activities including running reports, sales and inventory status and performance analysis, shipping reports and follow-up support for account management needs. The Account Executive Assistant works cross-functionally with retail accounts and internal stakeholders and must be capable of building strong relationships and managing multiple simultaneous deliverables with great attention to detail. Qualifications Responsibilities Maintain weekly files, recaps and analyzation Coordinate with internal resources (Marketing, Creative, Brand, Planning) to ensure that opportunities are maximized, and in line with overall strategies Execute all account set-ups and requests Manage ECOM feeds and all needs to maximize ECOM sites Identify, develop and implement account strategies to drive profitable growth and meet targeted benchmarks Collaboration with Senior Director on sales driving support to maximize sales and profitability within the sales organization Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field of study Preferred sales/planning experience in wholesale/retail environment Ability to communicate within a team and cross functionally Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (Keynote) and Word Must possess the ability to think independently and exercise strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
