Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close SMB merchants and e-commerce brands.
  • Generate and document daily and monthly sales activities and wins, meeting or exceeding established expectations.
  • Engage cold prospects using high-velocity playbooks and AI-enabled tools.
  • Provide detailed feedback and insights from client interactions to improve our processes and offerings.
  • Translate ClearJet’s value in real, tactical terms: lower shipping costs, better delivery times, and total simplicity.
  • Be a frontline evangelist, helping businesses rethink their dependency on major carriers.
  • Record pipeline progress, deal stages, and activity benchmarks in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams, flagging blockers and sharing customer feedback.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to continuously improve performance and skillset.
