We are looking for a confident and dynamic sales executive with a strong track record in complex solution selling to Tier 1 telecommunications providers or demonstrable relevant experience in adjacent markets.
As part of the Sales team, you will report to the Senior Sales Director with close cooperation with existing team members, channel partners, product line management, as well as the local Solution Engineers (Product and Application Specialists). You should be comfortable working at C-Level within customer environments and have a good understanding of the service provider market in Europe.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for growing our Automated Mobility Solutions Portfolio (NITRO AIOPs, NITRO Mobile, NITRO GEO) into Tier 1 operators primarily in Central & Eastern Europe.
This role will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding committed forecasts, bookings targets, increasing market share and gaining new product approvals within the accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy & account plan for strategic accounts.
  • Plans and successfully execute sales strategies to:
  • meet/exceed agreed sales quota.
  • strategically develop customer relationship and grow business.
  • Provide customer trends & competitor information, adjusting plans and strategies as required.
  • Monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Work with division product line management to develop the best products for our customers.
  • Deal with key negotiations personally as necessary.
  • Support and liaise with in-country team of Solution Engineers & Service Delivery Manager.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

  • Sales experience in technology related industry.
  • Fluent English and German (oral / written).
  • Good understanding of Wireless and Wireline Telecom technologies.
  • Good understanding of Service Provider Network operations.
  • Understanding of digital transformation processes and strategies.
  • Strong business sense and Industry knowledge of the European service providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
