THE OPPORTUNITY We are Amplifier, and we have built the world’s first Large Acoustic Model (LAM), a foundation model that uses human voice to detect health conditions. This is sci-fi becoming reality. We have raised significant capital from top-tier investors to turn this technology into a massive new category in healthcare. We are looking for a pure hunter. Someone who wakes up thinking about revenue and goes to sleep thinking about their pipeline. THE REALITY Let’s be clear about what we are signing up for. Eat What You Kill. This role is for people who bet on themselves. We offer a competitive base, but the real money is in the commission. If you are good, you will write your own check. We work in person in San Francisco. We believe sales is about energy transfer. We want you in the room, hitting the gong, and pushing the team to go bigger. No Hand-Holding. We don't have a massive SDR team to feed you meetings. You will prospect, you will qualify, and you will close. THE MISSION You are the first line of offense. Your job is simple: Get our API into the hands of every healthcare platform in the country. The Challenge: Greenfield Territory: You have no territory restrictions. If you can find it, you can close it. The entire market is open. Evangelism: You are selling a new category. You need to educate the market on why Voice Biomarkers matter, and then convince them that Amplifier is the only game in town. Speed: We move fast. You need to be able to run a tight deal cycle, keeping momentum high and getting to a "Yes" or "No" quickly. WHO YOU ARE A Hunter: You love the chase. You aren't afraid of rejection. You view a "No" as just the start of the negotiation. Coachability: You absorb feedback instantly. You listen to your game tape. You are constantly refining your pitch. Tech-Fluency: You can speak intelligently about APIs and integration. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to sound like you understand one. Resilient: Startup sales is a rollercoaster. Responsibilities
