Account Executive (B2B) A rapidly growing SaaS company is currently looking for an Account Executive (B2B) to own the full sales cycle and consistently exceed monthly targets across both new business and existing accounts. In this role, you’ll generate opportunities through a mix of inbound and self-sourced leads, engage directly with C-level executives and key stakeholders, and lead impactful product demonstrations (both virtual and in-person). You’ll navigate complex B2B sales processes by building strong internal champions, influencing multiple decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll also play a key role in shaping and evolving our sales strategy as new products and features are introduced. Job responsibilities: - Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence - Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads - Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders - Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations - Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to the C-level - Work collaboratively with the relevant departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced Job requirements: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in direct sales (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting, and pitching, preferably B2B in a Software Company. - Extensive experience selling to customers in Indonesia - Comfortable engaging with a diverse array of customers - Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions. - Previous Experience in a startup is preferred - Having previously trained in Sales Methodology will be an advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal) - Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer If you are a high-performing B2B sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals, we invite you to apply for this role.
