ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – B2B SAAS (NEW BUSINESS/HUNTER ROLE)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This isn’t a role for passive order takers—we need true hunters who aggressively seek new business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, networking, social outreach, etc.).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Leonardo247’s solutions and the needs of multifamily industry clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Use CRM tools to meticulously track outreach, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client challenges.
