Scentral Zone is a dynamic, women-owned startup in Edina, Minnesota, developing clean, all natural personal care products. We’re seeking an Account Executive (B2B sales) to expand our brand presence across the U.S. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retailer partners, distributors, and key accounts to drive sales growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who’s passionate about personal care products. This in-office role may involve some offsite customer meetings, but it is not an outside sales position.

**PAY IS BASED ON YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion
  • Utilize HubSpot to track and manage leads, craft sales emails, and run reports
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships, distributors, and wholesale opportunities
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare accurate sales quotes and invoices in Cin7, our inventory management and point-of-sale system
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners to maximize sales
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and brand awareness
  • Communicate with operations team on shipping needs and timelines
  • Travel as needed for trade shows
  • Utilize sales warm-calling techniques and networking to generate new leads, as needed
