SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in consultative sales, preferred in the language industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Native-level Spanish proficiency.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially selling to HR leaders.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions simply and clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • A passion for education and helping companies improve employee development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • Active listening to understand client needs and build trust.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals and presentations.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to create win-win scenarios.
  • Analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset to plan and execute sales objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend customized solutions.
  • Showcase Solutions: Conduct detailed presentations and demos of our language training models.
  • Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, ensuring a smooth hand-off to the Customer Success team.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
  • Drive Performance: Accurately forecast and track sales performance, reporting to the Senior Account Executive-Team Leader.
