About Job The Account Executive – Business Extension is a high-impact sales role focused on aggressively acquiring B2B and corporate clients and driving revenue growth from high-value accounts. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and field sales to negotiation and closing—while building strong client relationships, hitting acquisition and revenue targets, and expanding Paxel’s footprint in the corporate and e-commerce logistics market. Skills & Qualification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales or Account Executive, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or platform-based technology Proven ability to acquire corporate clients and manage accounts professionally Experience in field sales activities (canvassing, client visits) Accustomed to working with revenue and acquisition targets Experience in Corporate Acquisition and/or B2B Sales Proficient in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experienced in managing client acquisition and retention targets Good understanding of the marketplace, MSME (UMKM), and e-commerce logistics ecosystem Responsibilities Conduct B2B and corporate client prospecting and acquisition, especially for high-value products Manage the sales pipeline from outreach/blasting, visits/meetings, negotiations, to closing Conduct regular client visits and build long-term relationships Prepare business proposals and partnership presentations Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Brand, and Onboarding) to ensure service quality Monitor client performance (shipments, revenue, and retention)
