ABOUT US:

We’re the global sports, entertainment, and lifestyle-marketing arm of IPG. A collection of 800 fans bound by a single mission: To create work that earns attention.

Responsibilities
  • Helping a world-renowned brand leverage the UEFA Champions League with its key customers
  • Coordination with the Rightsholder and other stakeholders on campaigns and promotions
  • Support in leveraging and monitoring usage of key partnership assets including ticketing and at-match experiences
  • Producing guidelines and toolkits for internal stakeholders on how to leverage the Partnership, and ensuring global campaigns and promotions are in line with the Rightsholder and brand guidelines
  • On-site event support of big event activation and/or hospitality programmes
  • Coordination of merchandise production and distribution related to the marketing programs
  • Collaboration across multiple departments and business units to provide creative assets (e.g., imagery, logos or videos) for campaigns across the globe
  • Overseeing end to end approvals, from creation & delivery of assets through to approvals with relevant stakeholders
  • Support weekly status meetings and client liaison, creating agendas, recaps, and project updates
  • Meeting and workshop coordination
  • Reporting – pre, during and post activities
