Responsibilities
  • Pipeline generation — work inbound waitlist leads + craft targeted outbound (email, LinkedIn, events) to PM, Ops, and Finance leaders.
  • Discovery & demos — run crisp calls, map pain, and tailor live product walkthroughs that convert curiosity into urgency.
  • Deal orchestration — build ROI cases, navigate procurement, and negotiate contracts up to enterprise‑scale ACV.
  • Process builder — iterate sales playbooks, objection libraries, HubSpot views, and forecasting hygiene; lead weekly “Deal Desk”.
  • Cross‑functional glue — relay prospect feedback to Product, align with Growth on campaigns, and hand off wins to Customer Success for flawless onboarding.
  • Leadership runway — top performers seed our future sales team; opportunity to own verticals or manage AEs within 12–18 months.
