The Opportunity The future of outbound sales is agentic. We need you to sell it. Most sales roles are trapped in 2015. You dial. You email. You hope. We are building the exit ramp. At CoPilot AI, we are a $10M ARR profitable SaaS team building the "Agentic" future of outbound. We don't just automate tasks -- we build AI agents that research, strategize, and engage prospects so humans can focus on the close. We are looking for a Nearshore Account Executive (LATAM or Eastern Europe) who sees the shift happening and wants to be on the winning side. The Mission We are pivoting. We are moving from a transactional LinkedIn tool to a multi-channel outbound agentic platform. Your job is to guide prospects through that realization. You aren't here to fill orders. You are here to run a consultative discovery that uncovers deep pain, then prescribe a solution that sticks. What you will actually do Run the Full Cycle: Take qualified leads (and hunt your own), run deep discovery, and close. Sell Value, Not Features: You will move prospects from monthly "testing" mindsets to 6 and 12-month strategic partnerships. Orchestrate the First 90 Days: You don't just toss the deal over the fence. You work with CS to drive seat expansion and upsells in the first quarter -- and you get paid for it. Master the Stack: You need to know the difference between a GPT-wrapper and an autonomous agent. You will use our tools to sell our tools. The "Anchor & Pivot" Our pricing strategy is simple. We have high month-to-month rates (the Anchor) to drive commitment to annual contracts (the Pivot). Bad AE: Sells a $149/mo deal and prays they don't churn. Great AE: Uses the $349/mo anchor to close a $199/mo annual contract. "Master of Deal Architecture” You don’t just look for a single seat; you look for the 'Land & Expand' opportunity. You use the Anchor & Pivot not just to close a deal, but to architect a partnership that is designed for 2x or 3x expansion within the first 90 days." Who you are Nearshore Native: You are based in LATAM or Eastern Europe and can work EST/PST hours without friction. Sales DNA: You have 2-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience. You know MEDDIC or SPIN isn't just an acronym -- it's a map. AI Optimist: You use Claude to write emails. You use Perplexity to research accounts. And you work to minimize manual repetitive work where possible. High Agency: You don't wait for a manager to fix your script. You fix it. Operational Excellence: You are consistent, disciplined, and you treat your pipeline like a science. Ready to build? Don't send a generic cover letter. Your promotion from AE I all the way to Principal AE ($130k OTE) is based strictly on your Install Base and Quota performance. Responsibilities
