Job Description Key Responsibilities Consultative Selling: You aren't just pushing products; you are helping customers find the "optimal solution" for automation, which requires deep listening and problem-solving. Lead & Pipeline Management: You will handle the entire funnel—from qualifying inbound leads and hunting outbound targets to closing deals and forecasting future revenue. Technical Design Collaboration: A unique part of this role is using Vention’s proprietary tools (MachineBuilder). You will work alongside Application Engineers to turn a concept into a simulated, functional machine design. Strategic Growth: You will act as a bridge to leadership, providing feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies and ensure the company hits its monthly and quarterly targets. Qualifications Your Profile Sales Proficiency: expertise in Discovery Calls, qualification frameworks (like MEDDIC or BANT), and closing techniques. Technical Aptitude: comfort with production environments and the ability to understand mechanical or electrical automation requirements. Collaboration: navigating the hand-off between sales and engineering to ensure the customer gets a viable solution. Accountability: consistent CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a "quota-carrying" mindset. Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are assets.
