ROLE DETAILS: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (DACH MARKET)

Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Berlin, Germany (100% on-site)
Team Size: 13 colleagues in the AE DACH team
Base Salary: €47,000 - €60,000/year
Bonus: €20,000 - €25,000 (uncapped with overachievement potential)
Languages: Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and manage customer relationships in the DACH region.
Drive new business through cold calling & lead generation.
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success.
Exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
