JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships. This role involves sales, client consultation, and policy management across various types of insurance, including life, health, auto, home, and business coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Relevant insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is a plus).
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
