SUMMARY:

The Deel HR Sales Team supports the Core Sales Organization with product-specific opportunities. In this role, you will support all segments (SMB to Enterprise), covering both new and existing business within the DACH region. This role focuses on growing our HR-specific product in the market. You will own your direct pipeline as well as the full Deel HR pipeline for the region.
As an Account Executive for Deel HR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships in the region. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding sales team for Deel HR—the fastest-growing product line within one of the fastest-growing tech companies in history.
Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential, with the ultimate goal of securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Grow and own your own targeted account list
  • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs
  • Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
