REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years closing sales experience
  • Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar).
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning.
  • EMEA located.
  • English plus one other European language.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively.
  • Work strategically alongside our core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients.
  • Drive business growth working collaboratively with our SDR function.
  • Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organisations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
  • Strong presentation, demonstration and communication skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
