You own deals from qualified opportunity to paid subscription and first value. You increase our demo-to-signup conversion by running structured sales cycles, helping prospects choose the right plan, building the business case, and creating momentum at the end. You are the person who makes decisions happen and ensures new customers get started successfully. Tasks Run discovery, lead demos, and translate needs into clear value and a recommended plan Drive the deal process end-to-end: stakeholders, timeline, next steps, and commitments Build simple ROI and budget narratives that help prospects get internal approval Advise customers on packaging and subscription choice and remove friction from signup Coordinate onboarding handover and ensure fast activation (first campaign, first insight, first win) Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in the CRM Feed structured market feedback to Product and help improve pricing, packaging and sales assets Requirements 3-7 years experience closing B2B SaaS deals (MarTech, AdTech, data or automation is a plus) Proven track record of owning a quota and moving opportunities to close Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, demo, negotiation, and commercial clarity Comfortable discussing marketing workflows and performance metrics (spend, efficiency, conversion) High follow-up discipline and clear written communication You can create momentum without being pushy: you set next steps, timelines, and mutual action plans Fluent English and German Benefits We offer an exciting environment at the interface between IT and entertainment and marketing as part of an ambitious, international and results-orientated team in a young startup.
