Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on supporting business development efforts through client outreach, lead generation, and early-stage sales activities. You will work closely with senior sales members to identify opportunities and help grow the company’s B2B customer base. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to prospective B2B clients through email, calls, and LinkedIn. Identify and qualify new business leads to support the sales pipeline. Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients. Assist in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems. Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers. Collaborate with senior sales members to drive new business opportunities. Follow up on inbound leads and help nurture prospects through early sales stages. Skills & Qualifications Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, business development, and client-facing roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior internship or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
