Description The Account Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to account management, collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, deliver high-quality service, and identify opportunities for account expansion. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Accurately process orders and maintain detailed, up-to-date records within CRM systems. Provide customer training, support, and engagement strategies to promote program success. Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities. Negotiate and secure multi-year agreements with clients. Deliver product presentations and strategic sales proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of one year of experience in account management or customer service. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions.
