We are seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to achieve retention and growth objectives year over year. This role serves as a liaison between clients and various operational teams. The Account Executive collaborates with product owners, senior leadership, and other team members to ensure the most effective service delivery model. Success in this position requires establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant internal partners and working collaboratively across business functions to meet customer needs. What Your Responsibilities Will Look Like: Build relationships with assigned clients and guide fellow team members in managing the client relationships they are responsible for Support the service & administration of ECHO products to achieve client satisfaction and profitable growth Monitor client activity and Monthly Scorecards for assigned book of business, identify and report on trends and variances Proactive and reactive support of client issues Identify retention strategies and product enhancement opportunities to promote retention and organic growth through client feedback Serve as an escalation point to ensure resolution of issues to client satisfaction; provision of feedback and status updates; conducting and delivering Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans where required Ensure ongoing communication with the client by attending annual, semiannual, and/or quarterly meetings/phone calls Obtain feedback on the utilization of ECHO’s client-facing applications Assist new client implementations and begin building new relationships with new clients being onboarded Conduct regularly scheduled client surveys; review and report results to Sr. Leadership. Propose solutions where applicable. Analyze client performance, support client initiatives, understand each client individually and retain this information for the organization in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool Be knowledgeable of the healthcare system and payer industry The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. A. or B.S) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ Years of Account Management required Must be proficient with MS Office tools, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Excel Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and quickly adapt to change Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material by using strong analytical skill-set; ability to effectively use data for strategy High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness Effective communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and efficiently manage crucial conversations Specific knowledge of Medicare Part D and the role of Pharmacy Benefit Managers and the health plan is preferred Some travel will likely be necessary Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktops, servers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements for an Account Executive: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; stooping, bending, or twisting and lift up to 25 pounds.
