Description

Are you a seasoned Account Executive who thrives on prospecting, initiative, and hitting ambitious goals? At Results Learning, we’re growing, and we need someone who lives for making daily outbound calls, building relationships, and delivering results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success as an Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, or similar B2B role
  • Documented track record of landing appointments and cultivating opportunities for service-based organizations (not products only)
  • An organized, disciplined, and data-driven approach to sales
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person networking)
  • Three professional references (including at least one former supervisor) who can verify performance and results

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong preference for candidates with education services sales experience
  • At a minimum, proven success in service-based sales (e.g., staffing, consulting, healthcare, professional services)
  • Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles or service delivery partnerships is a plus

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and networking
  • Track all outreach and activity meticulously in CRM
  • Hold cultivation meetings with prospective clients to qualify and advance opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Owner on proposals and deal closing
