This role is focused on targeted prospecting, early-stage lead qualification, and setting up the foundation for successful sales engagements related to email solutions. You will be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy, helping identify new customer opportunities for email solutions and collaborating closely with Senior Sales Managers and Sales Executives to advance prospects through the funnel.    You’ll conduct high-volume outreach across multiple channels—including email, phone, and social media—to generate interest and schedule discovery calls, with an emphasis on showcasing the value of Sinch's email capabilities. By engaging with leads and assessing their fit, you’ll qualify for opportunities and contribute directly to pipeline expansion for email-related deals. Your attention to detail in capturing customer insights, managing CRM data, and preparing effective handoffs will support sales execution and forecasting accuracy.    This role is ideal for a driven, curious, and collaborative sales professional eager to build strong foundational skills in sales strategy, communication, and solution positioning, while working alongside a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.    Key responsibilities: * Prospecting: Utilize effective strategies and tools to discover, cover territories, and qualify high-potential prospects for Sinch's email solutions efficiently.  * Opportunity Development: Identify, organize, and track sales opportunities within the pipeline, prioritizing efforts, forecasting revenue, and ensuring a consistent flow of email-related deals toward closure. This skill focuses on efficiency and maximizing outcomes from available opportunities.  * Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Sinch's email solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and securing buy-in.  * Qualifying Client Discovery: Evaluate potential prospects to determine their fit as viable leads for Sinch's email solutions and their readiness to engage in the sales process. Use insights to shape conversations and identify whether a prospect meets the criteria to move forward in the sales funnel.  * Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships within the assigned account base, working with the existing sales team.  * Identify Expansion Opportunities: Proactively identify expansion opportunities for email solutions within existing accounts. Support customers through the process for upgrading or adding additional requirements to existing contracts.  * Facilitate Issue Resolution: Gather customer feedback and facilitate timely issue resolution related to email services.    The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: * Proven experience selling software or SaaS in a B2B environment and experience selling email solutions is highly desirable.  * Demonstrated success in selling innovative technologies to medium and large organizations  * Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Comfortable with high activity targets and managing multiple conversations at once.  * Strong history of getting immediate results while building repeatable processes  * Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn from feedback and coaching.  * A proactive mindset and strong curiosity about customer needs and market dynamics in the email space.  * Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and other sales utilities is a plus.  * Chinese Mandarin language is a plus    We dream big — for our company, our customers, and our employees — and we hire the best talent worldwide to help us bring our vision to life.
