ABOUT PAYONEER

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 markets.
By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance, to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As a key member of our SMB sales team, this role will be instrumental in driving growth across the EMEA region by engaging with new B2B clients. Once a prospect agrees to a call or meeting, you’ll lead the sales process—from qualification and needs assessment to product presentation, objection handling, and deal closure. Success in this role requires deep consultative selling skills, an agile approach to different lead sources, and in-depth knowledge of Payoneer’s workforce management and financial services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage inbound leads from the website, marketing campaigns, and Payoneer partners across the EMEA region.
  • Conduct discovery calls and provide tailored product demonstrations based on client needs.
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel with a consultative approach.
  • Launch and manage targeted mass email campaigns, adapting messaging based on audience type.
  • Leverage multi-touch engagement strategies to convert high-intent leads.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and hand-holding during the sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Share insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to improve product-market fit and internal processes.
  • Attend relevant industry events to support Payoneer’s brand and business development goals in the region.
