The Role We’re hiring an Account Executive – Global Sales to accelerate our international customer growth. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, and helping organizations unlock the power of Emergent Labs’ AI products. This is a high-energy, consultative sales role where you’ll partner closely with the leadership and product teams to shape how our solutions reach customers worldwide. What You’ll Do Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure. Identify and engage with key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Emergent Labs’ AI offerings as strategic solutions. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to generate and qualify leads across multiple channels. Manage a pipeline of global opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene. Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and drive expansion opportunities. Represent Emergent Labs at industry events, demos, and client presentations. Bring customer insights back to the team to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap. Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, preferably in AI, data, or developer tools. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in global markets. Strong communication and consultative selling skills—able to translate technical capabilities into business value. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments. Deep curiosity about technology, startups, and the future of AI. Comfortable working across time zones and engaging with international clients.
