As our company continues to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our Client Services Team. This is not a sales role—it is a client relationship and retention role focused on municipal EMS accounts.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong, lasting partnerships with municipal EMS clients. Through regular on-site visits and proactive service, you will help clients optimize their EMS billing performance, resolve issues, and navigate compliance standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles. EMS or healthcare experience is a plus.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· CRM experience preferred (Zoho or Salesforce).
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout OH, KY, and IN.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned municipal clients.
· Conduct regular on-site client meetings (2–3 days of travel per week).
· Analyze and monitor billing performance, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
· Educate clients on best practices, policy updates, and tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
· Support client relationships with outside vendors, hospitals, dispatch centers, and municipal departments.
· Document all client activity in CRM (e.g., Zoho) and maintain accurate records.
· Represent Medicount’s values and commitment to excellence in every client interaction.
