Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive sales and manage relationships within our Enterprise Strategic customer segment. This role requires a deep understanding of test and measurement products, particularly in RF, uWave, Design & Test fundamentals, Wireless Technologies including 5G, Satellite communications. Good understanding of Phase Noise, Noise Figure, Material Characterization challenges. And experience or understanding of Transceiver/RFIC, Module, RFFE, Antenna conducted and radiated testing. Ideal candidate can bring diverse knowledge on Optical, High-Speed SERDES, ADC/DAC development, Signal & Power Integrity and/or Networking layer test understanding including Ethernet test, Load test, IP/Security testing etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products, with a focus on RF and Microwave and related digital and high speed analog products.
  • Strong knowledge of Wireless and RF testing, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions.
  • Experience in managing enterprise accounts and working with strategic customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
  • Product Expertise and Solution Selling:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio with focus on RF and Microwave test and supporting additional areas like Digital, Optical, High-Speed SERDES, and Signal and Power Integrity solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Account Development:
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
  • Market Insights and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.
