We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to support our finance operations and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day financial and administrative processes. This is what your job scope will be... * Assist in handling the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and post accounting entries accurately in accordance with double-entry accounting principles. * Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing. * Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. * Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments. * Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules. * Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. * Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties when required. * Support ad hoc finance and accounting assignments as assigned. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong understanding of double-entry accounting principles. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Understanding of basic accounting standards and financial reporting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an added advantage. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and good organizational skills. Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
