This Account Executive DACH role is dedicated to ESG. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we need committed, motivated Account Executives who have experience in selling SAAS Solutions. As a market leader in the ESG sector, we’re poised for further growth, and your mission is to drive our expansion by securing partnerships with top-tier companies.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience in a relevant sales position, ideally within the SaaS environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer relationship management and maintaining long-term customer partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Fluent in Dutch and preferably in English, French is a plus.
Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive as part of the osapiens division in Amsterdam. The role focusses on daily activities associated with strategic selling and driving new business in existing client organizations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Initiate impactful discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, gaining insights into their ESG business requirements and aligning osapiens solutions with their ECS objectives
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Oversee the customer experience from the initial acquisition until the contract is signed
  • Leverage CRM Solutions as HubSpot to efficiently manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks
