This Account Executive UK role is dedicated to ESG. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the Sustainability reporting.
We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we need committed, motivated Account Executives who have experience in selling SAAS Solutions. As a market leader in the ESG sector, we’re poised for further growth, and your mission is to drive our expansion by securing partnerships with top-tier companies.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, ideally with a regulatory, ESG, or compliance lens with wider platform sales experience.
  • Proven hunter — strong record of proactivity, taking ownership for sourcing and closing new business
  • Mastery of value-based selling (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
  • Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles where necessary.
  • Highly receptive to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous development.
  • Proactive and well-organized, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrates executive presence and professionalism, capable of engaging confidently with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a humble approach and a strong bias for execution.
  • Skilled in delivering technical business demonstrations and adept at translating complex solutions into clear customer value.
Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive as part of the osapiens division in the UK. The role focusses on daily activities associated with strategic selling and driving new business in existing client organizations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Initiate impactful discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, gaining insights into their ESG business requirements and aligning osapiens solutions with their ECS objectives
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Oversee the customer experience from the initial acquisition until the contract is signed
  • Leverage CRM Solutions as HubSpot to efficiently manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks
