POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven high-level sales expertise and a track record of owning large (over $100M) accounts.
  • Data-driven approach to building account plans and business solution proposals.
  • Comfortable using AI Co-Pilots for Sales, automation, and deal intelligence tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
  • At least 4 years of experience in solution-based sales or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Willingness and availability to travel away from home up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience managing $1M or greater deals and navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable consultative selling skills using modern sales frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Fireflies, Amplemarket, etc.).
  • Experience working in or with PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Remaining in stationary positions, standing or sitting for prolonged periods (up to four hours).
  • Bending and twisting may be required (for example, to lift equipment and file paperwork).
  • Ability to use common office equipment, such as telephones, printers, pens, and staplers.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (e.g., typing).
  • Ability to lift, adjust, and move objects of up to 30 lbs. in all directions without assistance (such as copy printer paper, stacks of project paperwork, ink cartridges, etc.).
  • Ability to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
  • Ability to travel via plane and drive an automobile to meet clients and attend conferences.

THE ROLE

As a National Sales Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of EVERFI’s mission—connecting organizations with digital education solutions that create measurable impact. You’ll own the full sales cycle, blending sales craft with modern technology to drive performance, build relationships, and close meaningful deals.
We’re looking for a digitally fluent, performance-driven sales closer who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment—and who embraces the power of AI and modern sales tech to be more successful in business development.

NATIONAL SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, demo, propose, and close new business within your territory, managing 100 or more assigned accounts from top 1,000 financial institutions and others.
  • Leverage modern sales tech: Use AI-powered tools, CRM automation, and data-driven insights to optimize outreach, engagement, and forecasting.
  • Drive pipeline growth: Develop and execute territory plans using a blend of traditional prospecting and digital-first selling strategies.
  • Consult with purpose: Lead strategic, problem-first conversations with company and partner stakeholders to align EVERFI’s solutions with client goals.
  • Forecast with precision: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM, with a focus on monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales Development, Technology, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless account planning, strategy, buyer journey and customer experience.
  • Stay sharp: Continuously deepen your knowledge of EVERFI’s sales solutions, market trends, technology and competitive landscape to position value effectively.
  • Champion impact: Help clients understand the ROI of social impact and education initiatives, and how EVERFI helps them lead with purpose.
  • Travel as needed: Away from home travel up to 25% to prospect meetings, key account meetings, team meetings, conferences, and industry events.
