Tasks We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive – Expansion to drive revenue growth from our existing merchant base. This role focuses on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building strong relationships with current customers, and positioning RepairDesk’s add-on solutions to enhance their business operations. You will play a key role in increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and ensuring our merchants maximize the value of the RepairDesk platform. Key Responsibilities Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue by promoting add-ons such as: AI Receptionist RepairDesk Phone System RepairDesk Connect Proactively engage existing merchants via calls, emails, and demos (US timezone). Identify expansion opportunities based on usage data, customer needs, and business growth. Conduct product demos focused on value realization and communicate ROI clearly. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, detailed notes and next steps in CRM. Act as a growth advisor by recommending solutions that increase efficiency, automation, and revenue for merchants. Review account health indicators (usage trends, feature adoption, support history) to identify proactive expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs. Achieve and exceed monthly expansion revenue targets. Requirements Qualification Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT/Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales (B2B preferred). Proven track record in upselling/cross-selling to existing customers. Experience working with US or international markets is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management models is preferred. Prior exposure to Customer Success processes. Experience selling communication tools or AI-based products. Required Skills Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection-handling skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to present and demo software confidently. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Data-driven mindset to identify growth opportunities. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
