• The ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers.
• You have well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills.
• Holding yourself accountable is important to you. Being effective at prioritizing tasks is second nature.
• You’ve branded yourself as a problem solver and you objectively manage conflicting priorities.
• 3+ years of experience required. HS diploma or equivalent required. Industry designations don’t hurt.
• Retail dealership or dealer interfacing b2b sales experience required.
• This role can be filled at a 3H Jr. Account Executive (JAE) level requiring 1+ years of experience or 3F Account Executive (AE) level requiring 3+ years of experience. You will find the Base Pay Range for the 3F AE level at the bottom of this job posting. The 3G JAE level Base Pay Range information is: $70,000-$80,000 and is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $105000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.
